This refund policy covers L&C Sunshine Technology Services treatment of refunds by L&C Sunshine Technology Services, and/or a website owned and operated by L&C Sunshine Technology Services..
This refund policy does not apply to the practices of companies that L&C Sunshine Technology Services, does not own or control, or of persons that L&C Sunshine Technology Services, does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites to which L&C Sunshine Technology Services. websites link.
FILING A COMPLAINT
We strongly believe that every project is initiated with a goal to get a specific service and/or product. Refund is a last resort that you may like to take when things are absolutely not working out and you have made all possible attempts of amicably working out a mutually acceptable solution.
Therefore we will like to understand if we can reach an amicable and mutually acceptable solution. If you are dissatisfied for any reason which has initiated to file a refund claim, please take out some time and write to us at dispute@lcsunshine.com to initiate a dialog before claiming a refund.
Every refund claim must only be filed if the mutual settlement process fails or if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
L&C Sunshine Technology Services takes every project (based on the service and / or product) very seriously and ensure that the same is handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per our promise to him. However, if you are not happy with the outcome and have gone through the dispute resolution process, we do entertain refund requests as per the following schedule which clearly lists the services and our refund policy related with each service, thereof.

Every web programming project has its own agreement. In case there is no agreement and explicit mention of refund policy, the following delivery policy will be applicable. Partial refund will be issued as per the discretion of the service provider if the project has not been completed as per the delivery policy and agreed upon contract. This will be calculated as per the proportion of the project completed by Indus Net Technologies and the proportion that is left to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project. |
APPLICABILITY OF THE DELIVERY POLICY
Please note that L&C Sunshine Technology Services delivery commitment is subject to:
Timely payments: A project is not considered to be void if the agreed upon / listed payments are not clear.
Timely communication from the client: We are not bound to respect our Refund Policy, if required information for successful completion of the project is not communicated to us in a timely manner. Any delay or failure of the project arising out of such situations cannot be attributed to Indus Net Technologies.
Completeness of information provided by the client: If the information provided to us is incomplete and/or complete information/scope of the project (service and/or product) is not provided at the beginning of the project, Indus Net Technologies is not bound to maintain its delivery and /or refund commitments.
L&C Sunshine Technology Services will not make any compensation for the delay of delivery under any circumstances, unless there is a special agreement signed with penalty clause for delay in delivery.
Technology Services & Web Design:
Once work has begun on a project NO refund of any sort is implied. If cancellation of the project by the client or L&C Sunshine Technology Services for reasons stated in the client agreement i.e. failure to comply with any stipulation codicil or abridgement of the agreement all original works belonging to the client will be returned and deleted from L&C Sunshine Technology Services Hard Disks.
There is never a refund. If a web site project has been completed and the final payment has not been made within a reasonable or stipulated time L&C Sunshine Technology Services reserves the right to suspend then terminate the hosting account and retain ownership of all site files till payment has been made.
Service, repair, shipping and any type of labor charges are non-refundable once performed.
Labor and Service Warranty – L&C Sunshine Technology Services offers a 30 day service warranty. All labor and service is backed by our 30 day Guarantee. If the same exact problem reoccurs within 30 days of the original repair we will come back and fix it at no charge unless the problem is the result of Client negligence, Virus, Spyware or incorrect usage. No refunds on any service, repair, labor, shipping or other non-parts charge.
Parts Warranty – 30 day warranty on parts purchased from and installed by L&C Sunshine Technology Services If an item is defective we will exchange with the same item within 30 days of purchase date. If an item is out of stock, customer will need to wait for back-order of product. Bay Business Edge, Inc. may replace it with a product of equal or similar features and functionality, under special circumstances.
Software
All software such as Microsoft Office are non-refundable if unsealed.
Online Marketing Services:
L&C Sunshine Technology Services disclaims any warranty regarding the number of persons accessing client’s content or any benefit the client might obtain from the online marketing campaign. There are no refunds.
3rd Party Hardware / Software / Services
L&C Sunshine technology Services does not warranty or is responsible for hardware, software, or services provided by a 3rd party in which we do not pay, or refer a client to. It is the responsibility of the client to take up any disputes with the 3rd party vendor. We do however honor 3rd party hardware and software warranties if installed by us; but are bound by their terms and conditions which are transparent / transferable to the client, including the “RMA” process.
Means to Rectify Disputes prior to Refund / Chargebacks
All clients must contact L&C Sunshine Technology Services and allow us a reasonable amount of time to rectify any disputes or issues prior filing for a chargeback or requesting a refund. Should a client circumvent our policies or fail to give a reasonable amount of time to rectify the issue, by filing a chargeback with their credit card company, bank, or payment system; they waive their right to a refund and will be responsible for any and all fees associated with the dispute and/or recovery of monies owed, including legal, court, and collections.
Amendments / Changes
L&C Sunshine Technology Services reserves the right to amend and/or make changes to any and all policies without notice.
